Frank Schoenthaler, born in 1959, has received a Diploma in Business Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT; former University of Karlsruhe (TU)). His special focus was Operations Research and Computer Science. After many years in research in the field of applied informatics he completed his doctorate in 1989 at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology with Prof. Dr. W. Stucky as a Doctor of Economic Sciences (Dr. rer. pol./Ph. D.).
Dr. Schoenthaler, a Habitual Entrepreneur, has been founding numerous businesses in the consulting and IT sector in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, the UK, the USA and Canada since 1990. As Executive Partner (CEO and Chairman), he is leading the internationally operating PROMATIS enterprise group. With more than 30 years of experience in the consulting and software sector, Dr. Schoenthaler supports professional services, organization and IT solutions with a distinct entrepreneurial thinking and an international focus. He is the author of numerous scientific and user-oriented publications in the area of business processes and information systems and an internationally renowned expert in his field.
Glenn Iwata, born in Nurnberg Germany, studied Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Technologist at Colorado State University. Several years later, after some work experience he followed up with a MBA from the University of Denver. There he also completed all of the Computer Science courses for a Master’s program. His first job was building the first Emissions Test Laboratory for BMW in Los Angeles (Marina Del Rey), after which he worked in the Energy Sector for San Diego Gas and Electric, Windmill Farms and cogeneration plants. Iwata spent many years in the Aerospace Industry at Hughes Aircraft company. There he performed his first ERP implementation as part of creating a new wholly owned subsidiary. Then he entered into the media industry, PrimeStar, Broadband Services Inc., Time Warner Cable, EchoStar, DISH Networks, etc. and managed Oracle EBS, JD Edwards, and SAP departments alongside many other IT organizations. He entered the consulting environment 17 years ago. Most recently he managed a custom software development organization performing work in Java and .Net at a financial Billing provider.
2017 Glenn Iwata started as Chief Operations Officer at PROMATIS Corp. With more than 10 years of experience in consulting he is now responsible for all operations of PROMATIS in the USA and Canada. This includes sales, business development, project delivery, partner channels, support organization, and consulting services for Oracle E-Business Suites and Oracle Cloud Applications.
Sebastian Graf, born in 1966, is Executive Vice President and board member of PROMATIS software GmbH. He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of IT strategy, organization, business processes and information systems, as well as thorough knowledge of introducing new technologies in the setup of business software systems, web portals, integration- and collaboration solutions, workflow systems and high-traffic systems on the internet.
As an Oracle technology specialist in the sectors of database, application server and enterprise collaboration, he has many years of experience in consulting and product management within the implementation of information system solutions in an international context.
His expertise includes the chemical and pharmaceutical, automobile, manufacturing, telecommunication, banking and insurance, service and IT industry, as well as the public sector.
