The Income Knowledge Browser shows the process models on an intuitionally understandable web-surface to the end-user. The user can navigate through the processes in various views using their own terminology, and do not need to be trained in either the model structures or the use of the Knowledge Browser. Current information and documents such as checklists, templates, instructions and guidelines can be found quickly and reliably. There is no publication effort necessary at all due to the access to the models. |
