Collaborative Business models and service-oriented architectures have brought the holistic Management of Business Processes into the center of attention of Enterprise strategies. Persistency, flexibility and cost-efficiency are important criteria for quality, which demand a diligent design of Business processes. Hereby simulation plays a growing role. Crucial for success is that the conceived process is implemented quickly and is monitored ongoing by suitable key performance indicators.
The name PROMATIS is linked to the topic Business Processes since more than 15 years. Based on founded experience, efficient procedures for Designing, Realization and Monitoring of Business Processes were developed in cooperation with the University of Karlsruhe (TU) and the Center of Research for Informatics (FZI). We’ve deposited our know-how in Best-practices-Models an we offer it to the customer in form of consulting services and workshops for his projects.
A special feature of our work is the consequent use of high-end Business Process Tools (Income Suite, ARIS, ...), which ensure a high-quality project result. They offer in every phase an easy to understand real-time visualization of Business Processes, which is also applicable as basis for effective communication as well as for analysis and simulations. Further possibilities for use are the support of Process Implementation and Process Management in Management Cockpits based on key performance indicators.
