Frank, born in 1959, has received a Diploma in Business Engineering from University of Karlsruhe (TU). His special focus was Operations Research and Computer Science. After many years in research in the range of applied informatics he completed his doctorate in 1989 at the University of Karlsruhe (TU) with Prof. Dr. W. Stucky as a Doctor of Economic Sciences (Dr. rer. pol./Ph. D.).

Frank has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate management, business processes and information systems. He is an expert for consulting, management, development and training with distinctive entrepreneurial thinking and international orientation. His profound academic knowledge and comprehensive experience as an author in the scientific and application area have resulted in more than 50 research publications and a book about 'Software Development Tools: Methodical Basis'.

Frank has extensive industry specific know-how with banks and insurances, utility, health care and Internet service providers, the public administration, in the areas of discrete and process manufacturing, telecommunication and trade, logistic services, and in the areas of information technology and public and private research.

Frank acts as chairman of the Special Interest Group E-Business Suite of the DOAG German Oracle Users Group, as co-chairman of AIK Association of Applied Computer Science Karlsruhe as well as member of the curatorship of the Integrata donation.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the ranges of Business Management, Strategy, Project Management, Business Processes, and Information Systems. Mann has made himself a name as an expert in realizing large IT-Projects. Defining new Business Processes and Change Management during the implementation of Business Processes in an interdisciplinary environment are further focal points that build up on his work as organizer at Michelin tire plants and his long-term experience as Chief Operations Officer at PROMATIS AG.

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in the implementation and operation of business management application software. He is an expert for consulting, conception and training for the integration of the Oracle E-Business Suite in customer specific IT-environments. Based on his work in auditing and his long-term experience as Chief Financial Officer at PROMATIS AG his professional focus lies on Finance and Accounting, Controlling, Consolidation and Balancing (IAS, US-GAAP, HGB). He has experience in Supply Chain Management and Customer Relationship Management, which rounds up his spectrum.
