Launched in June 2003, the PROMATIS Business Alliance Partner Program is a worldwide network of businesses. The Partner Program is designed for:

Systems integrators, solution and service providers with a strong Oracle practice
Consulting and technology companies with a focus on Oracle technology

The goal of the Partner Program is to develop a working relationship with companies who are supporting think Collaboration Services! products in their local market. In return, our partners receive think Collaboration Services! products at discounted rates as well as marketing material, support, and commission on new accounts.

	PROMATIS Partner CEnter As our Partner you will have full access to a special partner section of our website: www.promatis.com The Partner CEnter is a marketplace where you can find information on PROMATIS products and services as well as marketing material to boost your sales. The latest brochures, flyers, data sheets, whitepapers, press releases, and presentations can be downloaded for your use. Additionally, you can upload your company profile and market your own solutions, products, and services. Visitors to our site will be able to receive information on all PROMATIS Partners quickly and easily.
	Demo Portal Soon after signing up to the Partner Program you will get access to the think Collaboration Services! demo portal. There you will find all the PROMATIS products installed and ready to be used in your customer presentations.
	Training/Workshop You will be invited to our Partner workshop where we will train you on the think Collaboration Services! products.
	Leads Qualified and promising leads from our Website, from fairs and exhibitions are sent to our Partners worldwide. (Allocation depends on the country in which you do business.)

Our Partnership
PROMATIS signs a non-exclusive and non-disclosure agreement with you. You have three agreement alternatives:

	You use think Collaboration Services! products to execute your services more effectively but do not sell these products to your customers. You pass leads on to PROMATIS and we pay you commission for new businesses based on leads.
	You use think Collaboration Services! products to execute your services more effectively and sell them to your customers. You receive commission for every product sale.
	You sell think Collaboration Services! products through direct sales or via eCommerce. You provide us: - Forecast - Business Plan - No minimum turnover - Reports about the status of assigned leads - Excellent PROMATIS and Oracle know-how
