Continuous integration of processes, applications and data

	Integration and exchange of data In practice multilevel integration solutions dominate, where the integration begins first on the data level. Here we work with distributed SQL and use Oracle stream-technologies, particularly Advanced Queuing (AQ) and Replication. In addition Gateways to third-party databases as MS SQL Server, DB2, Teradata or Informix are used.
	Workflow and Portals We implement continuous business processes with Oracle Workflow, mostly in context with PROMATIS Middleware Component (PMC) Workflow Management. Based on this, we merge different application components and information objects. We develop Web Portals with Oracle Portal and PMC Content Management to suit the intention.
	Integration of business applications When integrating business applications, we trust in the Oracle Fusion Middleware Products, especially InterConnect, which we use in combination with PMC Workflow Management. The key for the integration is the adapter-technology, which offers prefab link-ups to different technologies (e. g. MQSeries, HTTP, FTP, CICS), packaged applications (SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, JDEdwards, …) and B2B-protocols (e. g. RosettaNet, EDI, RNIF). Custom adapters can be programmed with a software development kit.
	Integration of business partners Available especially for integration of business partners is Oracle PartnerConnect, which is coupled to the on-site available adapters by InterConnect on the business application side. PartnerConnect is then appointed in the context of comprehensive B2B-concepts, when co-operation with different business partners is subject to specific rules or variable protocols and sophisticated security concepts are needed.
	Web Services We use the Oracle BPEL Process Manager for the development of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and standardized process integration. Based on the industry standards BPEL4WS it offers a complete environment for orchestrating and execution of web services and business processes, also across enterprise borders.
	Customer Data Hub Based on Oracle Customer Data Hub-technologies we implement comprehensive Customer Management solutions. Centre of attention is TCA, worldwide leading customer-data model by Oracle, in which data from heterogenic applications (e. g. call centres, marketing, internet Shop, and billing) are merged together and are managed integrated.
